Library Open is dedicated to posting free books online. If you are a writer and want to post your book online then email it to us and we will post it for free. Our goal is to get as many books out in the world as possible. You may not use these books for any sort of profit. They are only for personal use. Writers can retain whatever rights they wish on their original work. We will not ever sell any works we receive.
Writers often times have to find a publicist that will charge enormous fees to publish your book. Our idea is that you can post your book online and reach possibly thousands of viewers. If you gain popularity from this website then great!!! We just enjoy reading and enjoy books in general. We want to do everything we can to encourage people to read!!! I'm sure you agree that reading is healthy habit that everybody that can should indulge in. Only a few writers ever get published. Usually thousands of writers submit there works before 1 gets published. Please use this website to get the word out. And tell your friends about us. We need your works so we can continue building this literature empire. We are not picky on what books we post. Just please no inappropriate books are books with controversial context. Please do not submit anything illegal or against the law. If you do see something on this site that shouldn't be, then please let us know. We are a free friendly site and would like to appeal to all people including children. Our site does not include pictures or picture books, although some day it may. We stick to the simple text and hope that we will spark your interest in reading free books online.
Books fill our libraries around the world. There are millions and millions of books about everything you can possibly imagine. If you are interested in learning or in understanding culture or history, then books are sometimes your best bet. Some of the best literature includes the Shakespearean era all the way to modern times. We currently are posting only English versions of books but someday hope to have literature in languages across the world!!!
There is no fee or check out period or anything from this website. Every page is absolutely free. We are a true free web site. We hope to someday have thousands of books from all walks of life. We are open to suggestion and are interested in your opinions on what you feel are the best books. Eventually we will have a rating system that will help viewers sift through to the best books. Popular books may even be featured or showcased on our home page. So if you are a writer, then please submit your work. We don't retain any fees or anything at all if you became a famous writer some day. We just want to promote that reading is good!
